Since opening in Hanover in 1996, Ox Industries has grown from a small tube-and-core operation into an independently owned paper manufacturer with more than 600 employees. Its distinctive strength is vertical integration: Ox has made its own recycled paperboard since acquiring the Halltown mill in 2007, controlling the process from recovered paper through converted products. Halltown itself has operated continuously since 1869, giving Ox a notably long industrial history alongside its nationwide network of mills and facilities.
