Founded in 2021 by dog owner Josh Gittelman after watching his family pets demolish ordinary plush toys, Pack Leader Dog Toys designs and supplies reinforced plush toys for tough-chewing dogs. Its flagship toy is made in Mississippi with materials used in military protective gear, combining a durable construction with the squeak and interactive play that hard rubber toys often lack. The Cincinnati-based company developed its prototypes on a rented industrial sewing machine and refined them through feedback from dog owners.
