Founded in Buffalo by Keith and Christine Freeland, Package Design & Supply makes and distributes shipping and industrial packaging while helping customers design, prototype, and refine solutions for their operations. After more than 25 years, PDS serves Western New York from locations in Buffalo, Rochester, and Dunkirk, with a customer-first philosophy that grew from Keith Freeland’s decision to solve packaging problems rather than simply sell boxes. The company also provides inventory and supply-chain support, including trial runs to ensure packaging materials and equipment work together.
