From a hard-candy shop founded by Anshel Paskesz in early-twentieth-century Hungary, Paskesz Candy Company has grown into a family-owned Brooklyn confectionery company making and distributing kosher candy, snacks, cookies and chocolates. The family’s U.S. story began in 1954 with kosher cookies, and its focus on kashrus has since carried through four generations, including the development of products such as Milk Munch and Sour Sticks. Paskesz now serves customers worldwide through its Brooklyn operation and distribution centers in Belgium, Israel, the United Kingdom and Canada.
