Founded in State College in 2016, Phospholutions develops phosphorus-efficiency technology for agriculture, including its RhizoSorb 8-39-0 fertilizer. The technology grew out of more than 30 years of Penn State research and is designed to keep more applied phosphate available to crops while reducing fertilizer use and environmental loss. RhizoSorb has been tested across 18 states and used on more than one million acres.
