Founded in 1909 from Anton Piller’s Hamburg blower works, Piller Blowers & Compressors GmbH now designs and manufactures custom centrifugal blowers and compressors for process-industry applications from its Moringen base. The family-owned company is particularly known for steam-compression equipment used in Mechanical Vapor Recompression and vapor recovery, with more than 5,000 MVR blowers installed worldwide since the 1980s. Piller supports its equipment with engineering and worldwide service, and employs more than 550 people globally.
