Since its 1989 start in a rented 250-square-foot office, Polyshot Corporation has grown into a U.S. manufacturer serving injection molders with hot runner systems. The West Henrietta company now operates a 13,000-square-foot headquarters combining manufacturing with engineering, and remains a separate business under longtime General Manager Lou Borrelli following its 2019 acquisition by family-owned Redbarn Pet Products. Polyshot also provides vacuum brazing for mold-building customers, including work supporting conformal cooling.
