Founded in 2003 around one cylindrical grinder, Quality Grinding & Manufacturing Inc. has grown from a grinding house into a family-owned manufacturing facility serving projects from engineering and design through machining and inspection. Hubert Pineau built the business by apprenticing his sons in the craft, and the next generation—John and Candice—now manages its continued growth. Based in Hamburg, New York, QGM also handles reverse engineering and emergency part repair, with more than 75 years of combined team experience.
