Quality High is Westchester’s only licensed vertically integrated cannabis microbusiness, growing small-batch flower at its Peekskill indoor farm and selling its own craft products through a boutique dispensary in Sleepy Hollow. Co-owner Nate Lyons oversees each crop daily, from pheno-hunting genetics through slow curing and hand-trimming, while the close-knit team also develops private-label edibles and vapes with selected New York partners. The company’s restored 1912 storefront doubles as a neighborhood gathering place, hosting rotating local art, yoga and community events.
