Born from engineer Sean Jones’s frustration with moving containers at his Ohio construction company in 2002, QuickLoadz builds automated truck beds and trailers that load, move, and secure ISO shipping containers. Its Athens operation also assembles battery-electric vocational trucks in the United States, with a 47,000-square-foot facility designed for production at scale. QuickLoadz’s container system uses built-in hydraulic lifts, chain drives, locks, and smartphone control so operators can load or unload from the truck cab in about three minutes.
