Since 1907, Ashley’s R.B. Powers Company has made award ribbons, rosettes, trophies and related printed items for fairs, livestock shows and civic events. Still operating from its former schoolhouse factory, the company hand-assembles its ribbons and rosettes and has remained closely tied to Ohio’s fair tradition, including the pioneering Ashley Junior Fair. In 2025, Greg Frangos acquired the business as longtime leader Ed Powers retired after more than 50 years.
