Rico Products was founded in 1982 by Scott Rico and his father, two technologists who built the company around solving difficult manufacturing problems. The Chagrin Falls manufacturer now applies that problem-solving background to thermal-management materials, helping electronics makers turn specialized polymers into production-ready parts from its 30,000-square-foot, ISO 9001-certified facility.
