The Ullman family has been growing wine grapes since 1968 and has operated Rushland Ridge Vineyard & Winery since Ed and Lisa Ullman purchased it in 1986. The Rushland, Pennsylvania, winery now tends approximately six acres of vines and produces wines ranging from familiar varietals to an estate-grown fortified port. It opened as a Pennsylvania limited winery in 1991, with a focus on consistent wines at reasonable prices.
