Founded by Fredric Seagrave in 1881, Seagrave is the oldest continuous fire apparatus manufacturer in the United States. From its operations in Clintonville, Wisconsin, the company designs and builds custom fire and rescue apparatus, including its own aerial ladders and chassis, and has roots in FWD's severe-duty commercial and military chassis business. Seagrave also reconditions existing aerials, pumpers, and rescue vehicles.
