Formed when current owners Matthew Roberts and Greg Owens purchased the former Oneida Ltd. flatware factory, it is identified as the only remaining stainless-steel flatware manufacturer in the United States. The company also supplies flatware directly for government purchasing and states that its products are made in the USA and compliant with applicable Buy American and Trade Agreement requirements.
