Sideswipe Brewing is an independent Columbus microbrewery making dynamic craft beers from a small operation in the city’s industrial west side. Its frequently changing portfolio ranges from approachable German-style ales to distinctive releases such as the lightly smoked Elegant Hoodlum stout, while the brewery’s taproom adds an arcade, pinball and a patio along the Camp Chase Trail. Sideswipe marked its sixth anniversary in 2020, placing its founding in 2014.
Cinderlands Beer CompanyFounded in Pittsburgh in 2017 by two married couples, Cinderlands Beer Company grew from garage brewing at its original Lawrenceville site into an independent brewery with three locations.
