About

Founded in Pittsburgh in 2022 by Roger and Erin Haney, Spectrum Fudge makes hand-crafted fudge and confections while creating meaningful work opportunities for people with autism and disabilities. The mission grew from their family’s experience with son Jake, who is on the autism spectrum, and expanded in 2024 when Scott and Brandy Hershberger joined as co-owners. Made with Belgian chocolate and traditional techniques, each treat supports training, confidence-building, and personal growth in an inclusive workplace.
