Since 2015, Speyside Bourbon Cooperage has been part of a cooperage tradition dating to 1947, operating from Jackson, Ohio, as a U.S. subsidiary of Scotland’s Speyside Cooperage and France’s Tonnellerie François Frères Group. The company is known for bringing modern manufacturing into the age-old craft of coopering, producing new charred white oak barrels for bourbon makers while manufacturing its own staves.
