Its pressure-laminated guards are made from athletes’ dental impressions and shipped directly from the lab, serving youth competitors through professional athletes across more than 40 sports organizations. The Kent, Ohio company has produced more than 100,000 mouthguards and backs its custom guards with a $25,000 limited dental warranty.
