Black woman-owned Spundle is developing a patent-pending, no-heat blow dryer designed to dry wigs and hair bundles in about 15 minutes. Founded by electrical engineer Shawna Stepp-Jones, the company grew from a 2016 concept into a haircare product still being refined through demos and customer feedback.
