Since 1911, Supreme Chocolatier has made enrobed and molded chocolates in a family-owned Staten Island business founded by Greek immigrant Emmanuel Katsoris. What began with candy made on a marble slab in a small retail-store kitchen now includes the family’s Superior Confections line alongside Blum’s of San Francisco and House of Bauer chocolates. Its foiled hollow molded pieces are sealed in their own wrappers to help preserve freshness during handling and shipping.
