TBM Designs develops the InVert™ self-shading window system, a biophilic building technology that uses thermobimetal to respond to temperature and block solar heat without electricity or human intervention. Led by architect and inventor Doris Sung, the company focuses on passive building products that reduce energy use and emissions while preserving daylight and supporting occupant comfort. Its installations include a sustainable demonstration structure at California State University Long Beach and custom glazing at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator.

Energy GlassEnergy Glass develops ENERGYGLASS™, an optically clear building-integrated photovoltaic window system that turns vertical glazing into a source of electricity without grids, dots, or lines across the field of vision. Its patented inorganic nanotechnology redirects light to protected edge collectors, allowing the glass to generate power from sunlight and ambient light while serving as a building window. The company also applies the technology to energy-supporting greenhouse systems.FAIRMONT, WV
Helios FacadeHelios Facade makes customizable solar windows and building-envelope systems that turn facades and cladding into sources of renewable energy. Its patented design is built for both new construction and retrofits, installing like conventional windows while preserving a project’s architectural look. The company manufactures its products in America and designs them with maintenance access and tax-incentive eligibility in mind.BOCA RATON, FL
Indoor Sky, LLCFounded in 2013, family-run Indoor Sky designs and supplies window-treatment systems that bring usable daylight into homes and workplaces while controlling glare and solar heat. Based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the company developed its Dayliter and Skyliter systems by combining fabric lightshelves with roller shades, and provides commercial design support plus measurement and installation in Central Pennsylvania.WILLIAMSPORT, PA
LIGHTGLASSPhiladelphia-based LIGHTGLASS makes simulated windows and skylights that recreate the light quality and spatial experience of daylight in windowless spaces. Its compact architectural lighting elements use dynamic LED illumination to shift in color and intensity like sunlight, bringing a biophilic design approach to offices, residences and healthcare facilities. Designed and manufactured in Philadelphia, LIGHTGLASS has been used in more than 100 built projects and is Red List Approved.PHILADELPHIA, PA
