A veteran- and family-owned Ohio manufacturer founded in 2022, The Beanie Factory runs a factory-direct operation in Parma under Haakwear LLC. Its single facility handles domestic production from knitting through customization, with the patented H-Stitch design—developed by its U.S. Army veteran founder—giving its branded beanies a smoother fit under helmets and other protective gear. The company also puts leftover leatherette from production to work as custom accessories rather than discarding it.
