At a historic 1889 building near Hammondsport, The Brewery of Broken Dreams brews traditionally inspired ales as a New York State Farm Brewery and welcomes visitors to its tasting room on the Keuka Lake Beer Trail. Douglass and Shelly bring nearly 30 years in craft beer culture and 19 years of brewing experience to recipes made with 100% New York State hops and base malts. The brewery works with neighboring farmers while experimenting with flavors from Central and Western New York.

• Steuben Brewing CompanySince 2014, brewer-owned and family-operated Steuben Brewing Company has made beer at its small farm brewery on the west side of Keuka Lake. Its Local Liquid series is brewed entirely with New York State ingredients, reflecting close relationships with the farmers and maltsters who grow and process its grain and hops.
