Founded in Cleveland in 1913, The Federal Metal Company makes copper-based cast alloys and recycles nonferrous scrap into direct-melt aluminum and copper products. Still family-run by the fourth generation of the Nagusky family, the company combines certified alloy production with specialized processing of post-consumer HVAC-R radiators. Its growth now spans more than 160 employees, 11 furnaces and facilities in Ohio and Arkansas, while remaining rooted in its original Cleveland-area operation.
