Since starting in a rented barn in 1976, Thomas W. Springer, Inc. has grown into a 25-person Landenberg shop making complex, small precision-machined components for customers across the United States and abroad. Its 20,000-square-foot facility combines Swiss-type and conventional CNC turning with milling, while in-house engineering support and a temperature-controlled inspection department help it handle demanding parts from prototypes through production runs. The company is an ISO 9001:2015 registered firm and uses statistical process control throughout production.
