From its base in Valhalla, Tinkeso Therapeutics develops off-the-shelf, allogeneic Natural Killer T (NKT) cell therapies for cancers and autoimmune disorders. Formerly known as Akeso Therapeutics, the early-stage biotech combines native and engineered NKT programs, including a non-genome-edited CD7 CAR-iNKT therapy aimed at blood cancers and a native type III NKT approach for acute myeloid leukemia. Its proprietary expansion platform is designed to produce at least 100 doses of CAR-modified iNKT cells from a single donor leukopak.
