Since 1940, Toledo Tool & Die has grown from a two-door service garage into a Kujawa family-led manufacturer of automotive stamping tools, dies and parts. Its Toledo-area and Pioneer operations include a 105,000-square-foot facility where engineering, in-house die building and high-volume stamping support vehicle programs for manufacturers such as Honda, Nissan and Tesla. Four generations of family leadership remain central to the company’s culture and continuous-improvement approach.
