United Plate Glass is a family-owned glass fabricator and distributor that grew from a six-employee Butler, Pennsylvania, warehouse into a 250,000-square-foot operation serving commercial and residential markets. The Cully family has owned the company since 1981, and today UPG operates facilities in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Maryland with about 200 employees. Its work combines custom architectural glass and aluminum fabrication with the inventory and distribution roots that launched the business.
