V&S Schuler is a structural and tubular steel and aluminum fabricator serving electrical utilities and related industries. Founded in Newark, Ohio, in 1939 as the Charles E. Schuler Company, it grew from fabricating steel for the emerging electric utility industry into a five-company group with five fabrication facilities. Its long-standing work includes substation structures and transmission and distribution poles.
