Since 1910, family-owned Wayne Mills has woven narrow textile fabrics in Philadelphia, with twill tapes and light webbings at the heart of its work. Now in its fifth generation, the company combines long-practiced mill skills with in-house weaving, dyeing and finishing to develop custom fabrics or ship from a substantial stock inventory. More than 60 employees—including many with 25 years or more at the mill—support production from a nine-building Philadelphia compound and a rigorous in-house quality program.
