Founded in 2013 by Rich and Dana Woolley, Weathered Vineyards is an estate winery in Lehigh County making wines shaped by Pennsylvania soil, seasons, and hillside vineyards. Rich’s background as a meteorologist and environmental engineer informs the vineyard and winemaking approach, while Dana leads the guest experience. • Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & WineryFounded from Randy and Tiffany Detrick’s vineyard dream in 2010, Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery makes small-batch wines at a 17,000-square-foot hilltop winery overlooking its vineyards and the Pocono Mountains. Its Saylorsburg destination pairs the wine with an unusual behind-the-scenes experience, including barrel tastings, cellar tours and an Underground Room six feet below ground. • Kreutz Creek VineyardsKreutz Creek Vineyards grew from Jim Kirkpatrick’s birthday wine-making kit into a West Grove winery producing wine from vine to bottle. Jim and his wife, Carole, began the project in 1989, later planting a three-acre vineyard near Kreutz Creek in Wrightsville and building a winery with tasting rooms in West Grove and West Chester.
