Weldon Solutions grew from a Flinchbaugh family manufacturing business with roots in the 1890s into a York, Pennsylvania maker of CNC cylindrical grinders and integrated robotic automation systems. The company began designing its own CNC grinders in the mid-1970s and has since built particular expertise in superabrasive and peel-grinding applications, including difficult aerospace materials. Since 1999, Weldon has operated as an employee-owned ESOP, while its FANUC-certified automation service team supports robotic systems in the field.
