For nearly three decades, White Plains Bake Shoppe has baked pastries, breads, and custom cakes from scratch each day at its Mamaroneck Avenue neighborhood bakery. Now owned by Alissa and Francis Roldan, the family-run shop carries forward the recipes and early-morning baking tradition of its French artisan founder and longtime owner Lee. Alissa brings 35 years of professional baking experience, while the bakery’s certified Kosher kitchen serves both everyday customers and Westchester celebrations.
