For more than 140 years, Baltimore-rooted WT Burnett has manufactured precision-engineered polyurethane foams and high-loft nonwovens for demanding industrial applications. The family-owned company operates five manufacturing and distribution facilities across three U.S. locations, with materials used in products ranging from automotive interiors to medical and consumer goods. Its original Baltimore plant hosted the world’s first continuous-pouring machine for flexible polyurethane foam in 1954, and the company continues that technical tradition through custom formulations, in-house testing, and collaborative engineering.
