Since 1877, Adsco Manufacturing has designed and made industrial expansion joints that accommodate thermal movement in demanding piping systems. Born from the first district heating system in Lockport, New York, Adsco’s engineers invented the expansion joint itself and still build custom slip-type and bellows solutions for industries ranging from power generation to chemical processing. The Buffalo manufacturer’s history remains closely tied to practical engineering: solving a problem in steam piping and refining that solution for modern industrial service.
