BlissBomb makes four-bite mini donuts in New York City, reimagining the familiar treat as baked, handmade flavor creations. The company grew from a partnership between founder Dan, a food-branding veteran, and pastry chef Tarran, whose ingredient-driven approach treats each donut like a culinary work of art. Tarran won the DONUT CHALLENGE on Food Network’s CHOPPED Sweets Tournament in 2019, and BlissBomb is an LGBTQ-owned business certified by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

• Tonnie's MinisTonnie’s Minis grew from Tonnie Rozier’s home baking business into a dessert shop known for mini cupcakes and other treats made with recipes rooted in his grandmother’s and mother’s kitchens. Founded in 2006 with a Cupcake and Coffee Bar in New York’s West Village, the business became especially associated with Tonnie’s mother’s carrot cake recipe and expanded its following from local customers to media and entertainment circles. • The Bearded BakerAfter six years of selling macarons at farmers’ markets across New York state, Scott Krevat opened The Bearded Baker in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill in 2021, where he makes handmade macarons and other baked treats. Krevat taught himself the pastry from scratch in 2015, drawing on the meticulous thinking of his chemistry studies at NYU, and still develops seasonal flavors alongside the bakery’s cookies, brownies and other sweets.
