Bloomery SweetShine is a Charles Town, West Virginia mini-distillery that handcrafts fruit cordials and other flavored spirits from a 12-acre farm anchored by a restored 1840s log cabin. Founded by Tom Kiefer and Linda Losey after a 2010 trip to Italy sparked their search for an American limoncello, the distillery became known for its farm-grown lemon and raspberry cordials, including a limoncello with more than 20 international awards. Its tasting room closed in 2018, while the owners continue developing the SweetShine brand and MixAlchemy canned cocktails.
