The recipe arrived in America with Adolfo and Adellcisa Borsari in 1914, passed to their grandson Adolph in 1970, and became a company in 2001 when Adolph and Betsy began sharing it beyond the family kitchen. Today, woman-led Borsari is guided by owner Lindsay Neilson and continues to use fresh ingredients with a slow dehydration process across eight signature blends.
