Born from the sauces of upstate New York’s Brooks House of Bar-B-Q, Brooks’ Bottling Co. develops and bottles private-label and co-packed food products for brands, restaurants, and retailers. The separate business was created in 2013 after Brooks began bottling its signature recipes by hand in 1951, and it now draws on more than 60 years in the barbecue business, a third-generation family-owned operation, and more than 300 bottling clients. Its capabilities include certified organic production through CCOF and a private-label line of more than 100 recipes.
