Founded in 1939 by Charlie Beard, C-B Tool Co. is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, job shop that makes precision machined and fabricated parts for industrial customers. Its original Lancaster Shrinker/Stretcher metal-forming tool remains in production nearly unchanged, with fourth-generation family members preserving the product’s legacy while the company continues contract machining and custom fabrication. C-B Tool is ISO 9001 certified and uses NIST-traceable inspection equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine, to support close-tolerance work.
