Dygert Farms CreameryDygert Farms Creamery is a 13th-generation dairy farm and on-farm creamery in New York’s Mohawk Valley, producing milk from its own cows and processing it on the family farm since 2021. The operation traces its roots to 1723, when the Dygert family received the original 50 acres, and remains one of the area’s few operational bicentennial farms.
