Founded in 1965 by Columbia County parents, Coarc provides community-based services and supports for more than 400 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its Mellenville Training Center also creates employment through manufacturing work, where Coarc maintains ISO compliance, while programs across more than 20 county locations help children and adults pursue greater independence and personal goals.
