Family-owned since John and Joanna Colozza opened it in 1975, Colozza’s Bakery has grown from its Cleveland beginnings into a Parma institution. Since the early 1990s, their son Angelo and his wife, Joan, have operated the bakery, carrying forward techniques John learned during his pastry apprenticeship in Rome. The family is best known locally for creating wedding cakes and other cakes for life’s special occasions.
