Since its incorporation in 1982, Cleveland-based Equipment Manufacturers International (EMI) has grown from a maker of sand cores and rebuilder of foundry machinery into a global metal-casting equipment manufacturer. The company’s current joint owners, Ray Carcione and Jerry Senk, are longtime EMI leaders whose experience in the foundry equipment industry is guiding new investment and expansion. EMI has recorded 1,400 installations in 12 countries and is particularly known for supporting equipment brands it acquired over the years.
