Since 1997, Saratoga Springs-based Freedom Manufacturing has developed and manufactured custom, form-fitting liners for IBC tanks and totes. Founded by engineer Jon Lawrence, the company holds the U.S. patent for its original liner design and has supplied liners for hundreds of thousands of containers. Freedom also produces the U.S. Forest Service-approved PVC bags used in its fire-shelter re-bagging service.
