For more than 36 years, Fulton Armory has built American semi-automatic rifles based on classic U.S. service platforms, with a particular focus on M14 rifles and historically styled M1 Garands and M1 Carbines. Founded by William Clinton McKee Sr., the Maryland company builds its rifles one at a time through its armorer staff and recreates receivers to USGI material, heat-treat and geometry specifications where original commercial receivers were unavailable. Its gunsmithing work and technical publications, including guides co-authored with Dr. Walter Kuleck, extend that service-rifle expertise beyond the rifles themselves.
