A Lebanese-American family business with roots in Youngstown, Ghossain’s began in 1970 when Fred Ghossain and his two sons opened a bakery in a neighborhood garage. Still family-run after more than 50 years, the company is known for its pita and flatbreads and now serves local diners as well as restaurants and grocery chains across the country.

Mancini's BakerySince Italian immigrant James Mancini began baking in 1926, Mancini’s Bakery has made Pittsburgh bread, including its trademark hand-twisted Signature Twist.
