Founded in Cleveland in 1970 by two brothers and their cousin, Aladdins' Baking Co. makes pita bread and serves Mediterranean food from its bakery and sandwich shop. An uncle taught the founders the craft of pita baking, and the family-founded business has since become a Cleveland landmark known for its pita, made-to-order sandwiches, and imported Mediterranean goods.
