Born from Fady Chamoun’s need to supply his Aladdin’s Eatery restaurants, Jasmine Bakery has been baking and distributing fresh Middle Eastern bread and pita in Cleveland since 1997. Its 50,000-square-foot facility produces as many as 15,000 pitas a day, supplying Aladdin’s locations and roughly 100 Middle Eastern markets across the region. The pita is made fresh daily without preservatives or fat.
